'I've never lost anybody that I care about; he's my best friend,' Margera says of late co-star.

Just a day after his close friend and "Jackass" co-star Ryan Dunn was killed in a fiery car crash, Bam Margera made his way back home to Pennsylvania on Tuesday and gave his first interview about the loss of his longtime cohort.

Bursting into tears as he remembered Dunn, Margera told a local Fox affiliate, "I've never lost anybody that I care about; he's my best friend."

On Tuesday, police said the investigation into the crash that killed Dunn, 34, and friend Zachary Hartwell, 30, revealed that Dunn's Porsche may have been traveling at speeds of up to 130 mph when it jumped a guardrail and crashed into a ravine before bursting into flames. A coroner's report revealed that both men died of blunt force trauma from the impact of the wreck and burns from the resulting fire.

"I was in Arizona with some friends having the best time with friends," Margera said of when he heard the news about Dunn, who co-starred on MTV's "Jackass" series, its three spin-off movies and Margera's "Viva La Bam" and "Bam's Unholy Union."

"He was the happiest person, the smartest guy with so much talent," Bam continued. "He had so many things going for him. ... It is not right. ... It was the worst phone call I ever got in my life."

Asked how he is going to get through the loss of the man he considered to be his brother, a choked-up Margera said, "I can't ... I can't."

Bam's parents, who first broke the news about Dunn's death on Monday and who considered him part of their family, spoke out about the tragedy as well.

"He's gonna be really missed by everybody," April Margera told NBC News on Tuesday, noting that she had often spoken to Dunn about his tendency to drive too fast. "Oh yeah, I've yelled at him for lots of things," she said, adding that Dunn was not a big drinker.

The coroner's office said on Tuesday that toxicology results for both men — which would help determine whether alcohol was involved in the crash — would be released in four to six weeks. In the hours before the crash, Dunn was photographed drinking at Barnaby's of America, a bar in West Chester, Pennsylvania, leading some to speculate that he was drunk before the accident occurred. But an employee of the bar told MTV News that he "didn't seem intoxicated."

"He seemed like he was having a good time, hanging out with friends," the employee said. "[He] only had a couple beers here. As far as we're concerned, the biggest thing, our hearts go out to the family and friends, and his loss is a big loss to our community. The biggest thing we're worried about is his friends and family."

April also speculated that drinking was not a factor in the crash. "He was always responsible [with drinking and driving], so I can't imagine that he would do that," she said. "[I'm] sick because it's a waste, sick because I loved him, sick because he was talented, sick because I can't believe he's gone."

50 Cent's G-Unit Deal 'The Best Situation' For Shawty Lo

'Another label could've offered me five times what 50 offered me,' Lo tells MTV News of his decision to sign with G-Unit.

50 Cent continues to make news. Last week, Atlanta rapper Shawty Lo confirmed to AllHipHop.com that he and his D4L record label are officially signed to G-Unit. And on Wednesday (June 22), Fif took to Twitter to expound on the details of the deal. Apparently, the partnership is a 50/50 spilt.

"Announcement: I have a vision for the music business I worked on this idea for some time now its called 50's new 50/50," Fif tweeted. "@thatsshawtylo Is the first to sign the deal. He is the head of his own label D4L record and is now being powered by G-unit. We provide a over head."

Next, 50 wrote: "For @thatsshawtylo co. After recouping promo a recording cost which is fairly low he splits all income from records 50/50 no 360."

Shawty Lo confirmed to MTV News early Wednesday (June 22) that the G-Unit General's tweets were all accurate. "That's basically right. He told you what it is," L-O said.

Lo, who is most known for his 2008 single "Dey Know," released his debut solo album Units in the City with Asylum Records, a subsidiary of Warner Bros. When it was time to re-sign with the label, the rapper was fearful that he would end up with a dreaded 360 deal, where the label has financial stake in not only record sales, but touring and merchandising as well.

"I'm just not a believer in a 360 deal. I feel like I can make my own money before I let a label come in a give me a 360 deal," he said. "You don't have to give me a whole lot of upfront money to do a 360. I don't need that."

Instead, the trap rapper felt more comfortable doing business with someone he could relate to.

"I just felt like 50 would be the best situation for me, man, because my life story came from where my life story came from: turning a negative into a positive," he explained. "It feels like it's familiar with 50's life. That's why I ran with him. Another label could've offered me five times what 50 offered me. I just feel like 50 was the perfect opportunity for me."

Now, he is looking forward to building his D4L Records label, which first came to fame in 2005, when the group D4L (Down 4 Life) released the #1 single "Laffy Taffy."

"My vision for the label is straight to the top," Shawty Lo said confidently. "I'm working very hard to get my label to where I need to be. To be a big label in the South, all I needed was somebody behind me who could believe in me, who could relate to what I done been through, and I think 50 is the person to do it."

What do you think of 50 signing Lo? Let us know in the comments!

Justin Bieber, Eminem Dominate Billboard Music Awards

Teen superstar and rapper each won six trophies at Sunday night's show.

Justin Bieber tied with Eminem as the top winner at Sunday night's Billboard Music Awards with six trophies. But it was his embrace of reported sweetie Selena Gomez that set the Internet on fire after a night that saw splashy performances from Rihanna, an upside-down Cee Lo Green, Nicki Minaj, Ke$ha, Mary J. Blige with Lil Wayne, Taio Cruz, the Black Eyed Peas and Pitbull.

Bieber's awards included trophies for Top New Artist, Top Social Artist, Top Streaming Artist, Top Digital Media Artist, Top Pop Album and Top Streaming Song at his first-ever trip to the show. Meanwhile, veteran Eminem (who was not in Las Vegas for the show) nabbed Top Artist, Top Male Artist, Top Billboard 200 Album, Top Rap Artist, Top Rap Song and Top Rap Album for his smash comeback, Recovery.

Six artists were just behind with three wins each, including Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Usher, Mumford & Sons and Cruz. Though Bieber and Gomez have kept their relationship under wraps for months, the "Baby" singer kissed and hugged Gomez before taking the stage to accept an award.

The show featured a number of performances, two of which included surprise appearances from a lip-synching Britney Spears. The pop diva literally popped up out of the floor to join Rihanna for "S&M," writhing on a stripper pole while brandishing a pair of diamond handcuffs. The two finished things off with a pillow fight and a kiss. She also topped off a performance of Minaj's "Super Bass" with a bit of her own "Till the World Ends."

Weezy teamed up with Blige for the remix of "Someone to Love Me (Naked)." Green wore a sparkly outer-space outfit while playing piano and singing a medley of his hits ("Crazy," "Bright Lights Bigger City" and "Forget You"); he levitated over the stage and pounded the keys of his silver piano while hanging upside down at one point.

But perhaps the biggest moment of the night was when Beyoncé was presented with the prestigious Billboard Millennium Award, which was preceded by a video honoring her with testimonials from First Lady Michelle Obama, Bono, Lady Gaga, Bey's parents and sister Solange, Stevie Wonder, The-Dream and Barbra Streisand.

She accepted the award after an eye-popping performance of her new single, "Run the World (Girls)," which was highlighted by a breathtaking digital background featuring a shifting array of effects that produced a legion of virtual backup dancers and CGI-like movie effects.

Out of breath from her performance, Beyoncé thanked her mother and father for teaching her about hard work, as well as former Destiny's Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, past DC members and, in a break with their usual low-key nature, husband Jay-Z.

"I'd also like to thank my best friend, and I don't want to put you on the spot because I know they're probably putting a camera in your face right now, but I love me some Jay-Z," she said with a smile.

A number of artists also took home two awards apiece, including Katy Perry, Shakira and Train.

'Green Lantern' Stars: Don't Try Superhero Fashion At Home!

At the movie's Hollywood premiere, Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively and others weigh in on when it's cool to wear spandex.
By Kara Warner

HOLLYWOOD — No matter how different the characters, costumes and mythology, there are a lot of similarities among comic book superheroes, especially those of the big-screen variety. The latest entry into the comic book movie annals is this week's "Green Lantern," in which star Ryan Reynolds sports a fashion commonly associated with superhero types: spandex.

Well, his co-star Blake Lively insists the Green Lantern isn't wearing a suit of spandex, but rather a suit of "energy." Still, given the fact that these characters seem so comfortable sporting outfits of the stretchy, pliant variety, we asked the stars and attendees at Wednesday's "Green Lantern" premiere at Grauman's Chinese Theatre when they think it's cool for dudes to wear spandex — outside the superhero realm, of course.

"Ooh wow, that's good," Ryan Reynolds said of our query. "Ballet. Definitely ballet. That's in the top five at least."

Mark Strong, who plays the soon-to-be-evil Sinestro, suggested that the appropriate time is "on a bicycle. And that's about it."

"I wear spandex every day," revealed NBA All-Star Blake Griffin. "So I'd say 24/7. I have red, white, blue, green, orange, purple, navy, pink," he joked, before correcting himself. "I just wear white and black under my basketball shorts. I don't really go that far."

Reynolds had a definite idea of when not to wear the fabric: "I don't think when it's sexy time. That's probably not a good idea."

Maybe it depends on what color you wear for said sexy time?

"[Maybe] lavender, with little gold flecks?" Reynolds allowed, with a smile.

"If people could walk around in suits of energy, that would be cool," Blake Lively said, taking our question seriously. "Other than that, I don't think men should wear spandex."

Check out everything we've got on "Green Lantern."

Ke$ha, Adam Lambert, Ne-Yo Have A Few Royal Wedding Gift Ideas

From 'guyliner' to American delicacies like Uncrustables, Kathy Griffin, Mike Posner and more tell us what they'd get Will and Kate.
By Terri Schwartz

What kind of wedding gift do you give the royal couple who has everything?

The wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton is on Friday (April 29), so MTV News reached out to some of our favorite Hollywood celebrities — from Ke$ha to Adam Lambert. Fortunately, they had some solid ideas!

"I haven't met them, so it would be kind of awkward," the "Tik Tok" singer admitted to MTV News. "I might paint them something. Maybe I'll paint them a guitar."

Like Ke$ha, other celebs had suggestions that were from the heart, even if they weren't the most practical.

"I will go out on a limb and say these two individuals maybe haven't had Uncrustables before in their life. I would get them a strawberry Uncrustable," Mike Posner said about the pastry.

David Cook followed up on the all-American food idea. "I feel like they have everything except maybe they probably don't have an Applebee's gift card. I'll go [with an] Applebee's gift card," the "American Idol" alum said.

Other stars said they'd gift the British prince and soon-to-be-princess with an item they were personally best known for.

"I'd probably buy William some eyeliner," Lambert said. "He could do that, he could rock that look. I think."

Ne-Yo was more empathetic, saying he would give gifts that could help shield them from photographers and blend in with everyday people. "Three years' supply of sunglasses. Yeah, put them on. A bunch of baseball caps, throw those on, and try to move around like regular people," the singer said. "I can't imagine what it would be like having to live under that big of a magnifying glass your whole life ... and fake mustaches, that's what I'd give them."

Brooke Burke went the more traditional route, saying she would get Will and Kate a journal to record the big event. "I would ask them to really take the time to write down thoughts and phrases and wishes," Burke said. "And not really to lose sight of how they feel about each other now and to really hold on to that feeling."

Kathy Griffin had good intentions but the comedian couldn't resist a puke joke.

"If I had to get the royal couple a gift, I would get them the Royal Couple Vomit Bag, which someone sent me a photo of," Griffin told us. "So you can actually buy vomit bags with their image on it, and I think that that is an honor and I hope that they see it as such."

What would you give to William and Kate? Share your ideas in the comments section!
